Who we are
The Institute provides in-person technical analysis training focused on moving-average systems. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or asset manager. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Using the website
You may read pages, request a seat via the contact form, and store a cookie preference if you choose. You may not scrape the site in a way that disrupts the classroom desk, impersonate the Institute, or use our materials as if they were your own course.
Requesting a seat
A form submission is a request, not a booking. A seat exists only when we confirm it in writing or by telephone. Tuition, dates, and any deposit are stated in that confirmation. This website does not take payment.
Instructional materials
Printed packets remain the Institute’s teaching aids. You may keep your own notes and your completed system sheet. You may not photocopy packets for a third-party class.
Conduct in the room
We may ask a participant to leave a session if behaviour prevents others from working. In that case refunds follow the refund policy.
Liability
Chart work in class is educational. Markets move. We are not responsible for trading decisions you take after a workshop. Thai law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in Bangkok courts where applicable.
