Privacy notice

What we collect

When you request a seat we receive the name, email, telephone number, workshop choice, and message you type. If you attend, we keep a simple attendance list and any notes you ask us to keep from a private review. We do not run online checkout, so we do not collect card numbers through this site.

Why we use it

We use contact details to confirm or decline a seat, to tell you about a room change, and to handle refunds. Attendance lists exist so instructors know who is in the room. We do not sell lists.

Cookies

If you accept cookies we store one preference in localStorage under a brand-prefixed key. See the cookie notice. Rejecting that storage does not block pages or the contact form.

Sharing

We share details only with instructors who need them for your session, or if Thai law requires it. Hosting the website may process technical logs (IP address, browser) as ordinary server records.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months. Attendance records for a completed workshop are kept up to three years for refund and scheduling questions, then deleted or anonymised.

Your requests

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal details we hold, subject to records we must keep for a live dispute. Write to studio@utilityroutefield.click.
